As a Lawn Care Crew Member at A&R Tractor Worx LLC, you will be an essential part of our landscaping team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial properties. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality lawn care services.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Utilize hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct tree care activities including pruning and removal as needed.
- Participate in snow plowing during winter months to ensure client properties are accessible.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular checks and minor repairs.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status and needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care practices.
- Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment used in landscaping work.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic understanding of snow removal techniques is a plus.
