A-Rent Test Equipment (a-rent.com), founded in Chicago in 2019, is focused on reliability of the electrical grid. We’re supporting America’s transition to renewable energy, electric vehicles and a lower carbon future.
We rent specialized electrical test equipment used by our customers nationwide to test switchgear, transformers, cables and other electrical infrastructure. We own a multimillion-dollar fleet of test equipment and use an advanced cloud-based ERP system to enable smooth rental logistics and asset management.
Our business is growing and we are hiring a Customer Service Administrator. The ability to work accurately and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is critical.
The Customer Service Administrator will:
- High Volume Interface with clients via phone and email for order requests, quotations and delivery logistics
- Utilize logistics vendor systems (FedEx, UPS, SWA Cargo, etc) for shipping cost estimates, tracking and problem resolution
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns
- Consistently send precise written and verbal communication to our valued clients
- Ability to retain and memorize large quantities of part numbers
Candidates should have an associates degree in business or equivalent experience. Experience with Salesforce CRM, NetSuite ERP systems and delivery logistics are major pluses.
Pay range is $20-$23 per hour, based on experience.
