Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled NetSuite Implementation Developer / Consultant to enhance our operational capabilities and drive efficiency across our business. This role focuses on creating user-friendly dashboards for our operations team, improving reporting with custom fields, and integrating NetSuite with other SaaS platforms to support seamless processes. Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop real-time dashboards to closely track equipment throughout its operational lifecycle – from vendor receipt, customer rentals, and returns, to readiness for the next rental.

·      These dashboards will be used by equipment techs as they complete the daily pick, pack, and ship process along with subsequent receiving, inspection, and calibration processes, ensuring visibility into each step.

·      Design advanced reports that provide visibility into data being tracked throughout the order to cash process in NetSuite. There are a number of custom fields that we require reporting for.

·      Support the integration of NetSuite with other Saas applications to develop automated workflows to improve efficiency and minimize manual effort

·      Train team members on new dashboards, reports and system integrations to ensure successful adoption.

·      Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, integrations, and workflows to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

·      5 years of experience as a NetSuite developer, administrator, or implementation consultant

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

·      Demonstrated experience with NetSuite ERP implementation, customization, and integration.

·      Expertise in building dashboards and creating advanced reports using custom fields.

·      Proven ability to integrate NetSuite with other SaaS platforms via APIs or middleware tools.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance customer service.
