A Junior Sales Ambassador Will : Communicate face-to-face with customers to present them our client’s products and services Receive hands-on training and development during daily training sessions and 1-on-1 coaching sessions Become an expert on client products and services by immersing yourself in product knowledge trainings sessions and network with our partner branches on zoom meetings Answer all customer questions and concerns regarding products with a positive and empathetic demeanor Build outstanding customer relationships in order to create customer loyalty and positive brand awareness Close customer sales when necessary and actively listen to any customer objections and questions so you can provide solutions Upsell products and services that our client has to offer to qualified customers Follow all client compliance guidelines Keep a detailed record of customer interactions We want to provide each of our employees with the equal opportunity to grow and excel in their career.
