Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using our software systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies and campaigns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product benefits.
Experience
- Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong background in market research or technical sales is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with customers to close sales.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
