Responsibilities:

• Brand Representation: Serve as the public face of the company, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints, including events, social media, and customer interactions.
• Promote Company Services: Actively promote the company’s home building services, projects, and offerings to prospective clients, industry partners, and the general public.
• Engage with Customers: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and leads by providing knowledgeable information about the company’s products, process, and values.
• Attend Events & Exhibitions: Represent the company at trade shows, expos, community events, and other public engagements to drive brand awareness and attract potential clients.
• Social Media Presence: Use personal and company platforms to engage with followers, share content, and advocate for the company’s products and services.
• Networking: Build relationships with key industry players, such as real estate agents, architects, contractors, and suppliers, to promote company collaborations and referrals.
• Generate Leads: Identify and actively pursue sales leads, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to convert prospects into customers.
• Provide Feedback: Share customer insights, feedback, and market trends with the marketing and product development teams to help improve service offerings.
• Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and other brand initiatives to increase visibility and reach.

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence people across diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for Real Estate & Home Building: A genuine interest in the home building industry and knowledge of construction trends and home designs is a plus.
• Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies, with an understanding of how to engage followers and increase brand visibility.
• Networking Skills: Ability to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
• Outgoing & Personable: Charismatic and approachable, with a natural ability to make connections and represent the company in a positive light.
• Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a passion for achieving targets and contributing to the growth of the company.
• Experience in Sales or Marketing: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or brand ambassadorship within the construction, real estate, or home improvement industry is desirable but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Ability to Relocate:

• Covington, KY 41011: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
