Position: District Manager

Location: Greenville, SC

Responsibilities:

• · Oversee security operations within the designated district.
• · Lead and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring the highest standards of performance and professionalism.
• · Implement security protocols and procedures to maintain the safety and security of our clients' assets.
• · Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide customized solutions.
• · Utilize technology to enhance security measures and efficiency.
• · Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• · Handle any security incidents or emergencies effectively and efficiently.
• · Oversee the hiring and training of new employees, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• · Ensure that all client accounts are properly staffed to meet security requirements, adjusting staffing levels as needed.

Requirements:

• · Willingness to travel within the district and occasionally beyond as needed.
• · Prior experience in Military, Law Enforcement, or Security Management preferred.
• · Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies and software systems.
• · Basic math skills required for budgeting and financial management.
• · Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• · Strong leadership and communication skills.
• · Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Be prepared to support security operations outside the district such a s special events in SC and the southeast as needed.
• Conduct training sessions with site security managers and site security teams.

· Competitive annual salary: $59,000 - $65,000 based on experience.
