The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our I-81 Syracuse, NY field office by managing various administrative tasks, managing employee timesheets, cost coding expenses, and supporting engineering staff in their daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
- Work directly with construction management staff with various administrative tasks
- manage all timesheets for craft labor
- assist with tracking job cost using cost coding
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in construction office management is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
