To support our continued growth, we are hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help streamline day-to-day operations and provide top-tier customer service. This role will ensure our students, teachers, and leadership team have the support they need to succeed.

Role:

As our Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, handling customer service inquiries, scheduling, and student account management. Your role will help maintain smooth operations, allowing teachers to focus on teaching, sales to focus on growth, and the manager to focus on leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Communication
  • Answering student and parent inquiries via phone, text, and email.
  • Handling student absences, schedule conflicts, and rescheduling requests.
  • Managing withdrawal requests and ensuring contract policies are followed.
  • Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Assisting students with failed payments, expired cards, and account updates.
  • Ensuring accurate records and student information in the CRM System.
  • Communicating necessary student updates to teachers and management via Slack.
  • Escalating major concerns or red flag situations to the manager.
  • Assisting in operational tasks such as organizing files and updating spreadsheets.

  • Can work independently – You’re reliable and can manage responsibilities without constant oversight.
  • Bonus (Not Required): Experience in music education, customer service, or a school setting is a plus!
  • Must be 18 and able to pass a background check.

Monday – Friday

4:00pm to 9:00pm

Or, Saturday & Sunday

9:00am to 2:00pm

Position:

Part-Time, Administrative Assistant

Compensation:

$16.66/hr to $20/hr entry-level during training

  • Plus opportunities for commission once trained.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.66 - $20.00 per hour

Benefits:
