What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Engineer, Vehicle Systems position at A Society Group?
As a Network engineer you will be responsible for developing, documenting, reviewing and executing component and system-level hardware validation for our Ethernet connected devices. You will collaborate with design and system engineers to characterize the functional performance of the vehicle ethernet system. You will work with suppliers to clarify requirements and review validation documentation. Projects range from interface compliance testing to developing test assets. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Test Execution
- Work with suppliers to execute ethernet validation
- Conduct functional, compliance, performance, environmental and reliability testing
- Test Infrastructure Development
- Develop custom test assets, set-ups and python scripts to enable efficient testing
- Support procurement of network test infrastructure
- Documentation
- Draft and present Test Plans, Design Reviews, Test Readiness Reviews and Data Reviews
- Review and consult on test plans and reports from suppliers
