The ServiceNow Developer will be a critical member of the IT Applications team. This role demands a deep understanding of ServiceNow, with a strong Now platform knowledge with an emphasis on ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer and scope application development. - Champion and evangelize best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
- Act as a technical lead on projects
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow, focusing on ITAM, ITOM, and integration capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the platform owner and architect to design, develop, refine ServiceNow functionalities, and ensure the platform performs seamlessly and meets business needs.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, design workflows / processes, and deliver consistent support.
- Partner with IT Applications Administrators to ensure ServiceNow performs seamlessly and meets business needs.
- Dedicate time for continuous learning to remain updated with new ServiceNow modules and features, adapting to the company's growth trajectory.
