- Optimize Network Performance: Implement best practices to improve the performance and reliability of our DNA/Catalyst Center environments
- Streamline Network Operations: Automate tasks and streamline processes to reduce operational overhead
- Enhance Security: Strengthen the security posture of our network infrastructure
- Knowledge Transfer: Share your expertise with our engineering team to build their capabilities and promote knowledge sharing
- Deep understanding of Cisco DNA Center and Catalyst switches and wireless controllers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with network design, implementation, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
