Step Above Home Care is seeking a reliable and experienced housekeeper to join our team. We specialize in managing large, luxury homes in the Tahoe area, providing exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain large, luxury homes in the Tahoe area.
- Ensure all areas of the home are spotless, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Handle deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Follow client-specific instructions and preferences for each home.
- Communicate effectively with the management team and homeowners.
- Drive yourself and your partner to each work location.
Requirements:
- Proven experience cleaning large homes, particularly in the Tahoe area.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from each job location, including transporting your partner.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $20-$24 per hour, based on experience.
- Additional $1 per hour or mileage reimbursement for travel between job sites.
- Partial reimbursement for vehicle maintenance.
