Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of all students, including those with special educational needs.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in various subjects, including math, language, and social skills.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with children to support their learning and emotional well-being.
- Observe and assess each child's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to discuss children's development and address any concerns.
- Support children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum, by utilizing tailored teaching strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
