Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We provide clinic, in home, and community based natural environment training with child centered values. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities of all ages and developmental stages. This role is in person and involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing interventions to improve the quality of life for clients, and active supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians. The BCBA will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective support and progress.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and behaviors.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
- Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Monitor client progress through regular data collection and analysis.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers in implementing behavior strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations as necessary to inform treatment planning.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of special education principles and practices.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with medical documentation standards and record-keeping practices.
- Ability to assess patient needs effectively through observation and interaction.
- Experience in data collection techniques for tracking client progress.

Pay: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour
