We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. As a member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional landscape maintenance services to our clients. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities will be:
-Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
-Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees, ensuring they are properly watered and fertilized.
-Identify and address any pest or disease issues in plants and take appropriate measures to control and prevent further damage.
-Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
-Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent on each task and materials used.
-Prune and shape trees and shrubs to enhance their aesthetic appealRequirements
-Remove debris and leaves from lawns and flower beds
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of different plant species, their care requirements, and common pests and diseases.
Ability to operate landscape maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Pay will be based on previous experience. Job is from March 15th till December 1st, weather dependent.
