Self Storage Facility Manager

A Storage Place of Keizer is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Assistant

Manager to help lead our self-storage facility. This is more than just a job—it’s an

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in daily operations, helping customers

find storage solutions, handling payments, keeping the facility in top shape, and

ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. If you love variety in your work,

Customer First Mentality: Do you enjoy solving problems and making people’s lives

easier? We need someone who is friendly, professional, and willing to go above and

beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Relevant Background: Experience in retail sales, apartment management,

self-storage, or a similar field is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person

who brings a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Comfort with Technology: You’ll be using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and

other software tools to keep daily operations running smoothly. If you’re quick to learn

new systems, you’ll do well in this role.

Adaptability & Availability: This position requires a mix of shifts, including weekends.

We’re looking for someone dependable, flexible, and ready to take on different tasks as

needed.

What We Offer: Paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, a discounted storage unit, and an onsite

one-bedroom apartment (available after a probationary period). Compensation is based on experience.

This is a part-time position averaging 25 hours per week, offering a great balance of
