NAPA Retail Parts Associate

NAPA Auto Parts in Lincoln is seeking self-motivated and energetic Parts Counter Salesperson (full time and part time positions available). Candidates must be knowledgeable of vehicle systems and components (or willingness to learn) and a strong desire to deliver exceptional NAPA Know How service to both our wholesale and retail customers.

• Able to work on feet (stand and walk) for entire assigned work shift
• Capable of lifting and moving parts and boxes of up to 60 pounds

Responsibilities

• The primary functions of this position are to provide prompt, courteous, and effective service; effectively understand and communicate NAPA product information, performance standards, warranties, sales programs, and company policies; the ability to operate and use the TAMS point-of-sale invoicing, cash register, and telephone system; the ability to secure parts for customers and inform of companion part requirements; handle daily paperwork and forms, including purchase orders, receipts, and invoices; efficiently and accurately look up the parts in the extensive NAPA parts catalogs or the TAMS computer catalog; prepare and pull orders for customer pickup or delivery; and deliver parts when necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
