Job Summary

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Effectivelyreview customer purchase order details and order hand-off information toinput sales orders for distributed products for all product verticalsinto systems of recordwith attention to detail and timelyexecution.
- Prepare and distribute paperwork for shipmentto ensure accurateexecution of sales orders.
- Input purchase ordersand material transfersfor componentsrequiredto complete orders and issue orders to external suppliers.
- Routinely communicate with external suppliersto monitordelivery dates
- Send Sales Order Acknowledgement to the customerand communicate order updates
- Complete forms to request new customers, bill to/ship to addressesand/orvendors
- Assistwith changes/updates to sales orders and purchase orders
- Responsive to customers through prompt follow-up to order need, inquiriesand non-technical problem resolution.
- Engage necessary resources to resolve order fulfillment issues when they arise
- Follow order fulfillment process for product availability and production determination
- Education & Experience
- Oracle experience preferred, but not required
- High School diploma
- College degree (preferred)
- Experience in a customer-service or administrative role addressing business process and customer needswithin order execution process. (preferred)
