We are seeking an Assembly Line Worker for 1st shift in Jacksonville. All positions are temp to hire. Located in a manufacturing facility, this role is essential in ensuring the efficient assembly of products while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
*Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:50a-4:10p*
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks on the production line according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately.
- Fabricate parts as needed to meet production requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures within the manufacturing facility.
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an assembly or manufacturing role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail for quality assurance purposes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
