**Forklift Operators needed for company in Hillsboro, Tx! 5am-2pm!

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join a great company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move materials and products, including taking part in warehouse organizing and finished goods inspection, taking product off the production line and putting it away in designated locations and also loading and unloading customer trucks.

MUST HAVE STEEL TOE SHOES/BOOTS!!

*Responsibilities*

- Safely operate sit down forklift

- Perform routine pre and post inspections on forklift equipment

- Record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, production output, and other key metrics, performing mathematical calculations as needed.

- Load and unload materials from trucks

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Assist in other warehouse duties as needed

*Skills*

- Prior experience operating a sit-down forklift or other mobile equipment.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

- Basic computer, mathematics, and problem-solving skills; ability to use a calculator.

- Ability to use measuring devices (gauges, tapes, rulers)

- Strong understanding of basic math for inventory counting

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Highly motivated with a good, sound work ethic.

- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and processes.
