Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Compassionate Hospice Care in Tyler

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing exceptional nursing care to hospice patients, focusing on their comfort and well-being.
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and administering treatments with skill and empathy.
- Maintaining meticulous and accurate medical records and documentation in full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborating seamlessly with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assisting in ventilating patients when necessary and diligently monitoring vital signs.
- Offering crucial education and emotional support to patients and their families.
What We're Looking For:
- A compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and adherence to medical protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience in a Hospice care setting is highly valued.
- Familiarity with paper charting is a plus.
Requirements:
- Possess a current and valid LVN license in good standing with the state of Texas.
- Provide documentation of up-to-date immunizations.
- Successfully complete all pre-employment screenings as required by our client.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing under your LVN license.
