Description

A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking a full-time non-exempt Enrollment Services Coordinator (AR) on the Kirksville, MO campus. This position is responsible for course registration and grading processes for over 40 unique ATSU program pathways, including but not limited to registration (residential and online), processing grades, performing degree audits for over 1,360 students annually (residential and online), recording probation statuses, processing student withdrawals, and maintenance of student academic records for approximately 3,900 students.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate with various University departments concerning enrollment and registration changes related to new, current, and former students.
  • Troubleshoot all online registration issues and coordinate with other departments or programs to solve.
  • Process student enrollment and course registrations, generate related reports, distribute and collect final grade sheets, and process grades.
  • Perform GPA calculations and audit incoming student files as well as potential graduate files.
  • Work with online admissions and academic programs in processing student enrollment changes properly and timely.
  • Ensure program compliance with academic policies.
  • Maintain filing system for student records.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree.
  • 2 years of experience working in an administrative environment.
  • Prior experience demonstrating good customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must have the ability to problem solve and work collaboratively with other departments, effectively communicate and enforce policies in a courteous, tactful manner, and multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
