We are seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help oversee daily operations, ensure smooth service, and uphold our commitment to excellence. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Assist the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant and tea service operations to ensure efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to standards.
- Staff Management: Train, mentor, and support front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Guest Experience: Ensure guests receive outstanding service, handle escalated customer concerns, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor food, beverage, and supply costs; assist with ordering and vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency.
- Scheduling & Team Support: Assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage while managing labor costs effectively. Step in as needed during peak hours.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas.
- Event & Catering Coordination: Support the execution of special events, private parties, and catering orders.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with payroll, reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5 years in a management role in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-Focused: Passionate about hospitality with a keen eye for enhancing the guest experience.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Able to make quick, effective decisions and handle challenges with professionalism.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Team Player: Willing to jump in wherever needed to support the success of the team.
- Food & Beverage Knowledge: Familiarity with tea service, scratch-made menus, and beverage pairings is a plus!
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
