Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Host / Busser to join our team! This hybrid role is essential in ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, from warmly greeting guests to keeping the dining area clean and organized. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Manage the waitlist and coordinate table availability efficiently.
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors and service stations.
- Ensure a smooth flow of service by supporting both the front and back-of-house teams.
- Provide guests with menus and answer basic questions about the restaurant.
- Assist with any additional tasks needed to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Weekend availability is required.
