Cafe Manager

Overview
Rejuv is a fast casual, health centered cafe and juice bar opening in downtown Cleveland this spring! We are seeking an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality, health centered food and beverage offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in casual dining, and possess excellent management skills. As a Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment for your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of café operations including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Hire, schedule, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills in customer service and food service management.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing outstanding hospitality and addressing any customer concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop seasonal menus that highlight healthy dishes, coffee specialties, and other offerings.
• Monitor daily sales reports and implement strategies to improve overall performance. Complete financial reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café to ensure a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a management role within the food industry or casual dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and menu development.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience in training and developing team members.
• Familiarity with food service management software is a plus.
• A passion for hospitality and helping others succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
