We are currently seeking Warehouse Associates that are self-motivated, high energy, hard working team players. Our team enjoys a flexible schedule, competitive rates, and growth opportunities. Event locations will vary. Team members will be working out of our Strongsville headquarters and on location at catering events in the Greater Cleveland and Akron areas.
Responsibilities Include
- Proper loading and unloading of trucks with equipment needed for events
- Organizing, cleaning and proper inventory of warehouse equipment
- Support the cleanliness and organization of work area and surrounding areas in warehouse, as well as at event locations
- Assist with dishwashing as needed, ensuring proper cleaning chemicals are used and equipment is processed through dish machines correctly
- Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed
- Assist in set-up and tear down of events when scheduled to be on location at catering events
- Assist service staff and kitchen staff as needed while on location at catering events
Qualifications
- Ability to drive a box truck preferred (additional compensation available for those able to drive a company vehicle)
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Excellent oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to follow directions and abide by the decisions of supervisors
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30lbs
- Flexibility with schedule, weekend and evening availability and some holidays
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the client and event
- Must have reliable transportation
