A-Team Alaska, LLC specializes in reliable grounds maintenance, snow plowing, snow removal, ice and landscape management services in Anchorage. Our crews are trained to work with an ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
A-Team Alaska LLC is looking for professional and reliable loader/tractor operators for the current season.
Being an operator even though it is seasonal you must be available 24 hours, 7 days a week during the winter season. This position may turn into a weekly "guaranteed pay" position. Hours are dictated by snowfall. Our winter hours are typically from 2 AM and may go until 4-6 PM, dependent on snowfall.
You must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Equipment:
- All equipment and trucks are within a few years of age. We take pride and care in the fact that our equipment is top of the line and in very good condition.
- John Deere 5 Series with 16-18 ft extendable plow
- Volvo Front End Loader with blades

Being an Operator requires:
- Snow removal and related functions, including but not limited to, operating a loader, tractor, plow truck, and tractor.
- Reading and interpreting maps and route sheets to provide accurate service
- Working independently, but communicating with the supervisor by phone

Experience:
- Experience operating a loader and/or tractor for snow operations: Minimum 2 Years (Required)
- Experience operating a snow plow truck: Minimum 2 Years *Required)
- Grounds Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License:
- Driver's License (Required)

- Must be able to provide references from a verifiable company
