We are looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in the General Dentistry industry. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Answer Multiline phone to schedule New Patients and Existing Patients Appointments
- Utilize CDT dental procedure codes to schedule Patients Appoints
- Check-In patients for their appointments in a timely matter
- Ensure HIPPA compliance in all patient interactions with strict adherence
- Assist with Patient information and data to ensure all information is accurate and complete
- Provide excellent customer service to patients with empathy and compassion
- Maintain detailed organization of patient records and appointment scheduling with meticulousness
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the reception area
