Job Overview It is the job of the Customer Sales Associate to ensure showroom floors are well‐maintained and provide a warm, friendly environment for our customers. Strong organizational and administrative skills are also critical as this position is responsible for maintaining customer files and processing customer transactions. The Customer Sales Associate is also responsible for answering the telephone, greeting customers, in store marketing and meeting store sales and revenue goals. Principal Responsibilities Acquire and Maintain Customers Clerical functions, including but not limited to office management and file maintenance Create price tags Customer payments and data entry in VersiRent computer program Greets customers and facilitates in‐store sales Inbound/Outbound sales calls Maintains showroom appearance Resolves customer service concerns as they arise Essential Requirements Good communication and organizational skills Excellent phone skills Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in person and over telephone Must be organized Physical Requirements Routine lifting, loading and moving of merchandise up to 50 lbs. without assistance Stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching and grabbing as required General Qualifications Ability to work Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8am and 9pm Overtime may be required Ability to successfully pass company background check, substance abuse test, and acceptable reference check from previous employers
