Part-Time Access Control Officer - Truck Gate (Ocala, FL) Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our busy distribution center! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Access Control Officer to manage our truck gate operations during the day shift in the Ocala, FL area. This position requires a proactive individual with strong computer skills and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. Responsibilities: * Control and monitor truck access to the distribution center. * Verify trailer seals and document information accurately. * Enter data into a computer program efficiently and accurately. * Maintain organized filing systems for all relevant paperwork. * Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. * Perform other security-related duties as assigned. * Provide excellent customer service to truck drivers and visitors. Qualifications: * Valid Florida Security License (D License). * Valid Florida Driver's License. * Proficient computer skills, including data entry. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Reliable and punctual. Schedule: * Every Wednesday and Thursday from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Potential for additional hours as needed. Compensation: * $16.00 per hour.
