Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular, thorough patrols of the resort property, both on foot and via company vehicle, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and assets.
* Monitor and control access at the main entrance gate, verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel and vehicles.
* Respond promptly and professionally to any security incidents or emergencies.
* Maintain accurate and detailed logs of patrol activities, incidents, and access control.
* Provide exceptional guest service by offering assistance and information as needed.
* Enforce resort policies and procedures to maintain order and tranquility.
* Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV and access control systems.
Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Proven experience in security or a related field preferred.
* Excellent observation and communication skills.
* Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills.
* Must be able to work overnight shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
