Social Media and Video Producer

We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Social Media & Video Producer to tell the A-Team story through content that educates, inspires, and generates leads. This person will manage our social media presence and create engaging short-form video content that showcases our solar and roofing installs, team culture, customer testimonials, and educational material.

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars for platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Write captions, schedule posts, and engage with followers to build community
• Analyze content performance and adjust strategy for engagement and reach
• Track trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game

Video Production

• Film and edit on-site footage of installs, customer testimonials, team culture, and sales training clips
• Create high-impact, short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Deliver clear, professional, and on-brand video storytelling that aligns with A-Team’s voice
• Add subtitles, callouts, and branding overlays for social media optimization

Content Creation

• Capture behind-the-scenes content of the crew, installs, events, and office vibes
• Take and edit photos of before/after installs
• Work with the team to brainstorm and execute fun, informative campaigns (like “Installer Spotlight” or “Solar Mythbusters”)

What You Bring:

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
• Proven ability to shoot and edit videos (iPhone/DSLR CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
• Strong copywriting skills and understanding of tone and branding
• Solid grasp of social media trends, memes, and storytelling
• Ability to work independently and show up where the action is
• A sense of humor and an eye for what’s “thumb-stopping” online
