Headquartered in Orange, California, A-Tech is looking for a Office Support Coordinator to join our team and be instrumental as we move to the next level.

Position: Receptionist & Office Support, full-time position

8:00am to 5:00pm (with a one-hour lunch), must be flexible to work occasional overtime, as needed.

The right candidate is professional in demeanor, appearance, speech, and attitude. This individual must be detail oriented, organized, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must possess strong oral/written communication skills with the ability to comfortably and confidently interface with team members and clientele. The right person must possess the ability to follow instructions well, work independently, prioritize, multi-task and be able to meet deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Office Administration

  • Greet all visitors and connect them with the correct contact and room placement.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
  • Monitor company voicemail, relay messages as needed.
  • Monitor personal and Operations email, respond in a timely manner.
  • Correspond with office staff, clients, vendors, and field techs in a professional manner.
  • Retrieve mail/packages and distribute it to the appropriate parties.
  • Mail and shipping envelopes/packages, as needed.
  • Complete routine Inventory checks for office supplies and place orders for replenishment.
  • Input Client/Company information into Outlook/Nutshell, ensuring all info is current, complete, and accurate.
  • Maintain Room Reservation calendar for meeting rooms including the Conference and Training Rooms.
  • Regular maintenance and organization of office common areas, warehouse, conference room, training room, and tech pickup room.
  • Daily maintenance of the Conference and Training rooms, stock with items and ensure cleanliness.
  • Outfit new hires with office badge, office items, and uniforms, as needed.
  • Clear out the scans drive, bi-weekly.
  • Assist with company owners’ dogs, as needed.
  • Assist with other office and operations tasks, as requested.


Operations Assistance

  • Conduct technician equipment and vehicle checks as needed, updating appropriate records upon completion.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tech pickup room and warehouse.
  • Prepare supplies and training materials, coordinate physical examinations, and create training certificates as needed, for Training courses.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to type at least 45 WPM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.


Other Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Drivers’ License, reliable transportation, and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel and run Company errands, as needed.
  • Must be able to work overtime, when needed.
