As an Entry Level Sales & Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the enrollment process. We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, a passion for service, and an ability to stay calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Utilize leads provided to engage with prospective customers on behalf of our clients
- Facilitate and execute sales presentations, tailored to individual customer needs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and update account information
- Collaborate with fellow team members with the goal of consistently improving our results for our clients
- Assist with customer concerns and work to find resolutions
- Participate in continued training opportunities in order to stay up to date on our clients products and services
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is a plus
- Familiarity with customer support tools is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
