Full Time Motor Coach Operator

A to B Motorcoach, a leading provider of safe and reliable transportation in the Mountain West, is seeking experienced motorcoach operators to join our team. As a motorcoach operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers enjoy a comfortable and stress-free travel experience.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a motorcoach on assigned routes, following all state and federal regulations for passenger transportation
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times, including assisting with luggage and providing information on destinations and amenities
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, representing A to B Motorcoach in a positive and customer-focused manner
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the motorcoach to ensure it is in safe operating condition
• Keep accurate records of daily activities, including driving hours and vehicle maintenance logs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the motorcoach and driver's area

Requirements:

• Valid commercial driver's license with passenger endorsement and a clean driving record
• Experience as a motorcoach operator
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
