What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appliance Technician position at A to Z Appliance Services?
Team players wanted. We're looking for hard-working, motivated individuals focused on building a skill set that will take them from a job to a career as an Appliance Repair Technician. We are looking to add techs in both the Benton, Bryant and Little Rock markets. While working as a team, you still will get the opportunity to improve yourself and your skillset.
Our best Technicians, those making more than $55K per year, possess the following characteristics: Drive, dependability, grit, curiosity, attention to detail, outstanding customer service, outstanding troubleshooting, willingness to take the time to accurately identify the problem, and a can-do attitude where failure is not an option.
Applicants hired to be part of our team will start with a company vehicle at an hourly rate. Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, and a Simple IRA plan are all part of the benefits package.

Applicants who do not necessarily have Appliance Repair experience, but have comparable experience in other areas (HVAC, Maintenance Supervision, etc) will be considered as well.
