Responsibilities:
- Implement engaging, developmental activities to foster learning and growth.
- Ensure children’s safety and adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and well-being.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Pass state and federal background checks.
- School-age applicants should be familiar with Utah’s SA-PQA quality standards.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to walk, sit, and stand
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Must be able to sit on the floor and get up and down swiftly to intervene when needed
- Must be able to see, talk, and hear
