Position Overview:

We are seeking fun-loving, genuine, patient team players to join our team and contribute to the positive development of young minds. As a childcare teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and flourish.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and creatively implement activities and curriculum to promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for children, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues based on trust, respect, and collaboration.
• Maintain open communication with parents to provide regular updates on children's progress and well-being.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by actively participating in teamwork and supporting colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a state and federal background screening.
• There are more requirements to the job, but we’d love to get to know you as we walk through those together.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to walk, sit, and stand
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Must be able to sit on the floor and get up and down swiftly to intervene when needed
• Must be able to see, talk, and hear

Compensation Range: $14.00

• Pay is directly related to education in the field and professional development
