The day-to-day duties for each person in out-bound is very simple but very important. The outbound department creates new opportunities every day for A to Z Dependable Services by building relationships, selling memberships, and generating leads.
As an outbound representative you must possess the skill of personality. That is the first and most important part of the job. Each and every customer should feel as though you care and they are the most important person at that time. As an out-bounder you must be more than just a “phone salesman”; you must be the voice of A to Z Dependable Services, a friend, a family member.
Requirements
What you will do
- Follow up on leads through different platforms.
- Follow up on Memberships.
- After sale phone calls.
- Record keeping of all calls and transactions
What we are looking for
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
- Strong customer service skills. Calm demeanor; able to deal with variety of customer responses while maintaining appropriate disposition and focus on issues at hand
- Ability to multitask and make scheduling and logistical decisions quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
