About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Setup and Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our delivery and setup crew, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and successful execution of events.
Your primary responsibilities will include safely loading, transporting, and unloading event furniture, dishes, and decor items. You will also be responsible for setting up and tearing down event rentals at various locations, often requiring assembly of tables, chairs, table settings, tents, centerpieces, displays, and stringed lighting.
Additionally, you will work closely with our team to set up event rentals, ensuring each setup is beautiful, accurate, and client-ready. This requires excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills, as well as the ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and can lift, carry, and load rentals weighing up to 100 pounds onto boxtrucks and trailers for transport to and from customers' event locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery & Setup: Safely load, transport, and unload event furniture, dishes, and decor items. Set up and tear down are required at most event sites.
- Driving & Navigation: Experience driving a box truck is a must. Experience with an enclosed trailer is a plus, but not required. Training can be provided.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team to set up event rentals, ensuring each setup is beautiful, accurate, and client-ready.
