We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wedding Setup and Event Coordinator. This role involves coordinating the setup and delivery of event rentals, ensuring that each event is executed flawlessly and exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and Delivery: Safely load, transport, and unload event furniture, dishes, and decor items. Set up and tear down are required at most event sites.
- Driving and Navigation: Experience driving a box truck is a must. Experience with an enclosed trailer is a plus, but not required. Training can be provided.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team to set up event rentals, ensuring each setup is beautiful, accurate, and client-ready.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Be ready to adapt to various setups and client needs, with a positive attitude that shines even when plans change.
- Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Warehouse Support: Assist the warehouse team or work independently to load and unload trucks. Help maintain rental equipment and inventory within the warehouse.
