We're DIFFERENT than most contractors. We DO NOT hire people that only have construction experience, in fact we prefer only basic construction experience and more customer service/restaurant experience. We believe in the restaurant/customer service industry that you develop and bring out soft skills that cannot be taught and then we can easily teach the hard skills like how to do drywall, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.

Basic Function & skills

• living and breathing our core values - this is non negotiable
• 100% handy gene exists inside you, you're naturally someone who wants to learn how to fix things, do things with your hands, etc
• Experience and comfortability with drywall repair, electrical work, plumbing and basic handyman(women) style work
• creating raving fans with our customers, hospitality and customer service on point everyday
• communication is huge for us, we ask a lot with using our software to take photos, leave notes at different times throughout the day.
• time management is key, we have budgets for jobs of how long something is supposed to take.
• critical thinking, this is like our core value adaptability as things change, problems happen, things happen and you need to overcome
• comfortability using technology, we're very big on using technology to make our lives easier

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
