RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Familiarize yourself with our range of products, services, and systems.
- Provide customers with detailed information about policies and products, and recommendations.
- Answer calls and respond to customer complaints.
- Gather the information and risk management recommendations, renewal of designated accounts, and assist Producer(s) as needed.
- English and Spanish fluency is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High-level typing skills
- Advanced knowledge of telephone and call forwarding systems
- Willing to study for and pass the insurance licensing exam if we provide you the training
- Previous experience working as a customer service representative.
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Big plus but not required:
- Experience in insurance - agency or carrier
- Knowledge of insurance products
- Ability to clearly explain detailed policy concepts
