2nd Shift CNC Lathe Machinist

Our second shift employee-owners work 4 days and enjoy a long 3-day weekend! On top of that they also receive a 7% shift premium!
Responsibilities:
- Program, setup and operate Doosan lathes with 12-32 inch chucks, Fanuc controls, 3,4, and 5 axis.
- Work within a team environment to determine the most efficient and proper method to machine customer parts to blueprint.
- Follow 6S procedures.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocol.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
- 3 years of machining experience in a job shop environment required
- Strong problem solving required
- Strong prioritization required
- Strong communication required
- Self-sufficient required
- Must be eager to learn and open to implementing new processes including everything from CAD/CAM to tooling and fixturing.
