Responsibilities
- Assist Event Coordinators with incoming calls and web leads
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Event Coordinators
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Possess strong contract negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
