Requirements :
2 years of experience in IT systems, Business Analysis, or a related area.
Must have experience of Health plan’s ‘Appeals & Grievances for Medicare.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Looking for only Green Card holders. Candidate must be based in Florida.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities for appeals & grievances.
Conduct analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Identify opportunities to improve system processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using company products and offerings.
Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives and system upgrades.
Demonstrate new features to end users.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Functional Specification Documents, Business Requirement Documents, user guides and process flow diagrams.
Create Functional test cases and ensure system is running as per QA guidelines.
Ensure that all IT systems comply with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
Stay updated with changes in healthcare IT regulations and best practices.
