A Towing is excited to hire for the position of Dispatcher/Customer Service
We happily employ ~20 people and are seeking a new office team member whose primary responsibility will be answering phones and coordinating help to customers who need it. In-between helping customers, this position would work on various clerical and preparatory tasks. Full time 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Day Shifts.
We will make an offer to our top candidate at an hourly rate depending on experience
We consider quick raises for people who don't have prior experience but demonstrate quick learning and proficiency in our system. We engage expedited reviews for great performance.
Responsibilities and Duties
Providing excellent customer service!
Answering multi-line phone system
Data entry of information into dispatching software
Dispatching company resources to those in need while considering efficiency
Cash handling
Release of impounded vehicles back to owners
Use of Windows workstation and popular internet browsers
Use of office productivity software like Microsoft Office
Data entry [Quickbooks and online vendors]
Qualifications and Skills
Dispatching experience preferred
Strong desire to be helpful, nice, and caring
Knowledge of Eugene/Springfield area
Strong time management skills
Accuracy
