Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 10 Months Contract Possibility of Extension/FTE
Location: Santa Monica, CA 90404
Pay Rate: $40.00 – $43.27 Hourly
Duties
JOB SUMMARY
Coordinate and manage resources and key stakeholders for the project.
Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
Create a plan, working with the Director of Data Integrity & reporting, to move the Project forward per requirements set forth by the committee.
Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Position requires excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal ability to bring multiple stakeholders in sync and move the project forward.
Identifies project scope and project deliverables and communicates these details to the responsible parties.
Must have skills include great project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Define project requirements and scope
Develop and manage Project Plan
Coordinate and support cross departmental resources and schedules
Develop review schedules and acceptance criteria at each phase of project
Draft communications to the end-user community, both internal and external
Conduct periodic project quality review in accordance with established standards
Work with US Finance on revenue recognition for repertoire
