A-V Services Inc., a leading AV company with multiple fortune 100 contracts within the financial, pharmaceutical, and computing industries, seeks an Audio / Visual Manager for onsite support. Must have great customer service with emphasis supporting the corporate work sector. Additionally, comprehensive audio video skills. An ideal candidate would have an Associate's level college degree in a technology-related field and / or a minimum of 3 years of previous employment with AV support responsibilities in the AV industry.
The Site Manager's responsibility is to manage and resource a scalable event technology team to support various event activities while delivering the best-in-class experience to our stakeholders from start to finish. The role is also responsible for the management of the daily operation and internal partner relationships, ensuring an environment of collaboration, responsiveness, and effectiveness.
Ability to operate AV & manage a webcast control room environment, and conference floor support for live Audio / Video support and capable of a skilled technical user level with AV equipment such as :
- Crestron Control Systems
- Switching / Routing technology
- Video codecs
- Audio hybrids
- Audio mixing console
- BlackMagic Webcaster Experience
- Handheld Microphone and Lav Mic Support
- Video Switching
- Audio / Video Support Scheduling
- Client Planning, Engagement and Post Event Follow up
- Providing Conference Room support as / when needed when auditorium not utilized.
- Help support communications with internal teams coordinating and administrating of AV related event support tasks.
- Provide guidance, governance, and leadership to internal AV teams onsite.
